Customer Service Manager manages a team or unit of customer service representatives and ensures service levels are met or exceeded. Establishes efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction. Being a Customer Service Manager monitors and measures service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. Makes recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. Additionally, Customer Service Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Customer Service Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Customer Service Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!
In this position, you will be taking inbound calls for repair, maintenance, and installations of residential heating and air conditioning equipment. You will also be making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, offering maintenance memberships, and following up on open sales proposals. This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people. Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.
Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Scale: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience Incentives!
Benefits: Paid Holidays, 2 Weeks Vacation, Health Insurance, 401K with the Company Match.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience using a CRM or Dispatching Software
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in inside sales, call center, or telemarketing is preferred
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive "can do" attitude
