Customer Service Supervisor supervises a staff of customer service representatives that respond to requests from customers by phone, e-mail, or chat. Manages the daily workload to ensure required service volume and quality levels are attained. Being a Customer Service Supervisor trains and coaches staff in standard policies, procedures, and best practices. Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and implements solutions. Additionally, Customer Service Supervisor monitors and evaluate staff performance. Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions. May provide direct customer support for complicated or critical issues. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Dispatch Shifts are Evening and/or Midnight (Awake) Shifts.

We are currently looking to hire a part-time to full-time dispatcher, 16-30 hours per scheduled week for a mix of evening and/or mid-nights, scheduling is not set and will/could change weekly. At least one (1), if not both, weekend shifts per scheduled week. Experience a plus but not required, will train. Extra shifts are available during employee vacations or call offs.
Must be able to multi-task, handle multi-phone lines and radios. Dispatchers are responsible for answering the phone and taking down information from police departments, fire departments, open accounts, general customers, etc. This requires an extreme amount attention to detail as well as knowledge of the geographical area. Dispatchers must be able to remain calm during the phone conversation even with the most irritated customers. Applicants must be local to and familiar with the geographical area. Applicants must have clean background check and clean drug screen.
This position does include weekends.
