Customer Service Trainer delivers training programs for customer service representatives, team leaders, and supervisors. Provides updates and details on new products, features, and service offerings. Being a Customer Service Trainer leads skill development training and role-playing exercises to develop selling, service delivery, issue resolution, and interpersonal communication skills. Instructs staff on service level standards, system tools, and policies and procedures. Additionally, Customer Service Trainer provides input to assess training effectiveness and define future needs. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Customer Service Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Customer Service Representative

    We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Fredericksburg location. This position must be filled immediately. The idea candidate will be able to greet and serve regular incoming customers to drop off or pick up garments, shoes, leather, household textiles or alterations to be dry cleaned, laundered or repaired. Excellent people skills, outstanding attention to detail and a positive attitude are a requirement of this position. Experience using a Point of Sale system is preferred. Paid training is provided. Work hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
