Essential Job Functions:

• Train new trainees on how to perform a visual inspection and gather data to assist our Engineering, Environmental and Inspections verticals.
• Be able to use an iPad and user-friendly technology.
• Track inspection activities and update files/database as appropriate.

Engineer's Assistant

• Perform Foundation Investigation Inspections for slab and pier & beam homes.
• Conduct inspections for mobile home letters and gather information for the engineering department.
• Use the drawing app to proficiently draw exterior, interior and dimensions of the home.
• Educate how to add all information in the Teams app.
• Tag the appropriate personal for Engineering follow-ups.
• Competency on using and maintenance of the appropriate tools, zip level and measuring instruments.

 Environmental Technician

• Perform visual and infrared inspections of buildings and homes
• Perform a moisture intrusion evaluation at each property 
• Assess and record the quantities and source of all water intrusion 
• Take swab, tape, and air samples as appropriate 
• Fill out a Chain of Custody for each inspection and maintain a documentation log 
• Turn in samples to a qualified environmental lab and interpret results 
• Record all findings into a report for each client 
• Assist Mold Assessment Consultants in obtaining data for protocols and clearance 
• Maintain calibration and proper working order of all equipment to be issued 
  

Inspections

• Performing Phase 1 and Phase 2 Inspections and training.

• Report writing and client walkthroughs performed at each job
• Learn / provide other associated tasks as related to other services within the GreenWorks® portfolio

Compensation

Paid training and .5% commission on trainees for a full year.
