Job Description :

The mainfunction of a data entry specialist is to operate data entrydevices such as a keyboard or computer to verify and input data.

A typical data entryspecialist is responsible for accurate information documentationand personal project management.

Technical skills include documentation skillsand time management.

Responsibilities

Under guidance of the Regulatory team assistin fulfilling a wide variety data driven requests that are anintegral part of the daytoday business operations.

Activities include but are not limited to :

General maintenance and governance ofthirdparty certifications for kosher / halal Organic NonGMO VeganGluten Free Whole Grains etc.

for ingredients and finishedconfectionery / snack products for the US and Global portfolios

Collection andcorrelation of a broad variety of data needed to register exportedproducts in global markets.

Enter and maintain documents within customer portal andinternal systems.

Evaluate nutrition label information for accuracy beforereleasing to consumer facing database.

Qualifications / Skills

Experience in navigating SAP database and proficiency inMS Word Excel

Ability to quickly master responsibilities

Highly organized and willing towork independently within a team environment.

Attention to detail and theability to organize large sets of data.

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsrequired to communicate effectively with cross functional andmanufacturing partners.

Experience in Food Regulatory Affairs relating toconfectionery or salty snacks preferred but not required.
