Athletic Dean
Reports to: Director of Athletics Job Status: 12-month, full time exempt
Compensation Information: Salary range $100,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience. This position is eligible for
benefits (medical, dental, vision), generous PTO and holiday schedule, 401(k) savings plan with school match, higher
education tuition reimbursement, and tuition discount of 50% off base tuition for each dependent child or legal guardian
designated child who attends JSerra.
Description: The Athletic Dean will work to serve as a bridge between the academic and athletic sides of campus. This
person will be the liaison for communicating all current and new policies developed on either side. This athletic
administrator will be the primary supervisor of all student athletes while on the south side of campus. The person in this
role will supervise the academic development of student athletes as needed. He/she will act as the physical education
department chair and supervise all other curriculum development on the south side and will be responsible for the
mentoring and evaluations of all athletic department faculty.

evaluation of tutorial staff

pathogens and bodily fluids. Occasional exposure to risks controlled by safety precautions.
