Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to implement fundraising strategies and campaigns
- Conduct research to identify potential donors and funding opportunities
- Assist in grant writing and proposal development
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date donor records
- Support budgeting and financial tracking for fundraising activities
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns to engage donors and supporters
- Utilize Engage Software
-Maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes use of logos and signage.
-Write interesting and effective press releases, prepare information for media kits
-Design and edit promotional publications such as brochures
-Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, government officials, donors, and media representatives

Experience:

- Proficiency in managing databases, preferably experience with Engage or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of nonprofit management practices and principles
- Excellent communication skills for public relations and donor stewardship
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques for fundraising campaigns
