Digital Optimization Analyst jobs in the United States

As a Digital Analyst on the Digital Intelligence & Optimization team, you'll be responsible for providing reports and analysis of user behavior online and on mobile apps. This role will require critical thinking skills to synthesize data, understand the business, present data clearly and concisely in dashboards, while also providing deep dive analysis and presenting findings and recommendations to all levels of the organization.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• • Regularly produce reporting and business intelligence dashboards using the latest analytics industry tools.
  • Actively partner and develop effective relationships with related groups in the Merchant organization, eCommerce management, Marketing, UX and IT to facilitate and manage efforts across team to turn insights into practice on the site.
  • Provide key stakeholders with in-depth reports and analysis of clickstream data from data modeling that include insights into key behaviors such as visitor abandonment, engagement task completion rates and more.
  • Provide opportunity sizing and measurement for enhancements made to the customer experience online and on mobile apps.

Basic qualifications

• 1 years of experience in high proficiency use in Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
• 1 years of experience with PowerPoint and data visualization
• 1 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence and/or data management
• Generalized understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, UX

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 years of experience with Microsoft Access or SQL
• 1 years of experience of demonstrated success using web analytics and/or experiential analytics tools (e.g. Adobe, ContentSquare, ClickTale or Google Analytics)
• 1 years of experience with Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView or other visualization solutions
