Inside Sales Representative Wholesale Florist:

Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships using in-house leads with current retailers.
• Be a professional, well spoken, reliable hunter who will do what is needed to make the sale and build relationships. Heavy phone and email communication with both existing and potential customers is a must.
• Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits.
• Oversee all aspects of order fulfillment from sale to delivery, including Pulling/Packing special orders, when needed.
• Act as a Team Player and provide support to other areas of responsibility

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years similar wholesale experience (floral experience preferred, but, not required)
• H.S. Diploma, or equivalent
• Strong Sales & Customer Service Skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, along with a positive disposition
• Accurate and detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment.
• Basic - Intermediate Computer Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
