Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Door-to-Door Telecom Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with potential customers in their homes and introducing them to our range of telecom services. This position offers a base salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors to introduce our telecommunications products and services to potential customers.
• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to meet those needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Handle customer objections and answer their questions professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers and provide ongoing support as needed.
• Report daily sales activity and progress to the Sales Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in door-to-door sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and persistence in approaching potential customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $60,913.10 - $73,357.71 per year

Compensation package:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• No nights

Travel requirement:

• Up to 25% travel
