Baldwin Electrical Installations is seeking a part-time AutoCAD Electrical Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD software. This role requires attention to detail and proficiency in electrical drafting techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Create and revise electrical drawings, diagrams, and schematics based on specifications and sketches provided by engineers or designers.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to incorporate changes and updates to drawings as needed.

• Organize and maintain drawing files and documentation in a systematic manner.

• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and wiring diagrams.

• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to ensure clarity and accuracy of drawings.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with a focus on electrical design.

• Strong understanding of electrical symbols, codes, and standards.

• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality drawings.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Associate degree or certification in drafting or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in electrical drafting or related field is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
