Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Ability to draft legal documents accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
