Overview:

• A private Civil Engineering firm in Pottstown, PA is looking to hire a Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will utilize CAD software to draft and design technical drawings to support various clients and departments. These could include land development, residential, commercial, and industrial. This individual can expect to work on projects such as single-family homes, warehouse building, sub lot development. This role will offer hybrid flexibility after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:

• Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.
• Work with other CAD Team Members, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to understand scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 years of industry experience, preferably with land development.
• FE or EIT strongly preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD & Civil 3D/Micro station.
• Must understand terminology like grading, slope, steep slope, municipal codes.
