We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Client Billing to lead our Billing Team.

This position has the potential opportunity to follow a hybrid schudele after training.

Our Manager, Client Billing manages the entering of charges, ensuring that all necessary procedures are completed prior to invoicing, and statements are finalized, in accordance with contract.

This person:

Interprets contractual documents to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms
• Participates in implementation of new customers, conversions, and contract addendums
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and/or clients in respect to the functions of Client Billing
• Provides a clear customer-focused sense of direction for the department
• Develops and implements strategic action plans for department, anticipates future needs
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

• High school graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Seven years of experience in discipline
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within discipline
