Duties:
- Assist attorneys with research and preparation of legal documents, including deeds.
- Organize and maintain case files and records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Draft and edit legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients to gather information and resolve issues.
- Manage and coordinate cases to ensure timely completion and effective communication with team members.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments, taking notes, and preparing reports.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish.
