Main Responsibilities
• Management and supervision of the manufacturing site in New Jersey, including production, purchasing and inventory control.
• Responsible for the definition of processes and organization of the different areas in coordination with its managers.
• Responsible for defining and ensuring the manufacturing budget, new projects and improvements.
• In coordination with the sales team, responsible for the production planning and needs in terms of staff and materials.

• Highly desirable specialization in plant management, post-graduation to specialize in the management of a production facility

• Strong knowledge and experience on production of short batches of products with many different components.
