Major Responsibilities Areas:

• Support marketing efforts, as needed, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, public relations, reputation management, reporting, miscellaneous marketing projects and tasks, and aiding in any other creative requests needed across the organization.
• Assist department with projects, reports, articles, and research.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, including social media marketing.
• Provide administration aid to the department.
• Coordinate with the department in resolving customer concerns.
• Data entry with attention to detail.

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience in marketing project management or a related role
• Knowledge of advertising principles, techniques, and best practices
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and generate insights
• Excellent research skills to gather market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends
• Ability to write persuasive copy for various marketing materials - Experience in e-commerce or sales is a plus
• Deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges, work independently.
• A willingness to identify issues and/or opportunities.
• Dependable, reliable, and responsible.
• A good-natured, cooperative attitude, professional nature.
• Needs to be efficient in Microsoft Office: Word / Excel / PowerPoint, and be able to learn new internal programs including CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

• Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
