Fashion Designer is responsible for executing the fashion design strategy for an organization. Creates and manages multiple fashion design projects from conceptualization to finished product and ensures projects are aligned with the brand's identity. Being a Fashion Designer presents design concepts and ideas to internal stakeholders. Effectively communicates design details to the product development and production teams. Additionally, Fashion Designer determines final style, material, and color based on input from sales/marketing, merchandising, development, and manufacturing teams. Ensures fashion designs meet high-quality standards and adhere to approved guidelines. Keeps abreast of consumer needs and trends. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in apparel/fashion design or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The Fashion Designer work is closely managed.     Job Summary
    The Instructional Designer will provide instructional design expertise, consultation, and guidance for the design and development of courses, modules, and whole curriculum activities for synchronous and asynchronous delivery, quality assurance processes, and online faculty development and support.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Master’s Degree in Instructional Design or a similar, related field

    Knowledge:
    • Learning management systems, e-learning technologies, and digital pedagogy. Instructional design learning theories and instructional design models.
    • Assessment and evaluation methodologies, online learning regulations, and accessibility Adult learning principles and pedagogical approaches.
    Skills:
    • Needs assessment, task analysis, learning outcome development, and curriculum design.
    • Project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration.
    • Research and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail, time management, organization, and adaptability.
    • Possess a diverse range of skills ensuring the success of digital learning initiatives.

    Experience:
    • Prior working experience in instructional design and curriculum development preferably for online environments, advanced knowledge of educational technology, adult learning principles, facilitation, and learner-centered design is required.
    • Some experience in instructional design theories and methods.
    • Some experience in instructional design theories and methods.
    • Some experience overseeing all aspects of the course development process is appropriately organized, coordinated, and executed.
    • Some experience managing project timelines and communication with faculty and teams to align project goals and objectives.
