This is a Part-Time position, which will require Saturday availability from 10a-5p. (Off work every Sunday and Tuesday).
Overview
As a Fashion Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our boutique's reputation for excellence. You'll be responsible for various tasks, including updating the website with new products, assisting customers on the sales floor, stocking products, engaging in occasional modeling for promotions, and helping with our social media marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Update the website with the latest inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with styling advice and product recommendations.
- Work on the sales floor, handling transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in light modeling of products for our website and social media content.
- Contribute creative ideas and assist in executing social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including uploading files and completing online forms.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and evenings until 6pm.
