Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• In-depth knowledge of local, state and federal construction regulations
• Prior experience as a construction superintendent
• Flexible schedule

Superintendent’s Responsibilities Will Include:

• Management of field operations of assigned projects
• Management of multiple subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring daily updates from project managers, and subcontractors
• Driving project completion with scheduling and quality in mind
• Ensuring overall compliance with OSHA and Safety requirements
• Maintaining a positive work environment for employees, subcontractors, and clients

Your Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. An Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Building Construction, or Architecture degree is a plus
• 3 years or more of commercial construction field experience
• 3 years or more of direct supervisory experience
• Current or previous experience in a Superintendent role is REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license is REQUIRED
• Ability to pass background and drug screening is REQUIRED
