Trucking insurance/commercial lines account manager that provides adminstrative duties for the Agency and Customer Service to Clients and Agents. Service provided includes but is not limited to the following: data entry in agency management system, issuing certificates of insurance, processing endorsements for clients, providing customer service to clients via email or phone, processing insurance claims, providing accounting support, willingness to learn daily as trucking & insurance are always evolving, daily communication with agents, clients, and agency management and open to getting an insurance license after 3-6 months of on the job experience. Sales opportunities available with commission once insurance licenses are obtained. Applicant must have prior insurance experience in the commercial or trucking field. Prior customer service experience is required and details in writing and communication is a must. Math and writing skills are a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Pay: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
