Job Details: We are seeking licensed insurance professionals to join our esteemed team. If you are new to the industry, don't worry; we offer top-notch training after you acquire the necessary Life and Health insurance licenses for your resident state, and we are even willing to assist you in obtaining your license. Our dedicated team is committed to protecting families from financial difficulties through tailor-made life insurance solutions, including mortgage protection, disability coverage, retirement protection, term life insurance, and more. Please note, this is a Commission Only position, and we strictly discourage the use of high-pressure sales tactics.

Responsibilities: Our corporate office generates exclusive, qualified leads from individuals who have expressed interest in our products and services. As a Life Insurance Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

• Contacting leads proactively
• Scheduling appointments (via Zoom meetings, phone calls, or in-person meetings, according to your preference)
• Guiding families through the coverage options
• Assisting families in submitting applications for coverage
• Following up on policy requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Life and Health Insurance license (we will assist you in obtaining one if needed)
• Demonstrated coachability and willingness to follow our proven sales system
• Self-disciplined with strong scheduling and goal-accomplishment abilities
• Moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
• Willingness to participate in daily/weekly Zoom training and team meetings, as well as annual in-person conferences and/or regional meetings for personal and professional development training
