ClientSolv Technologies is a woman-owned and operated company that is certified as a WMBE, 8a firm by the Federal government's Small Business Administration.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an IT Help Desk/ Desktop Support professional for a 6 month contract-to-hire (with the option to convert to a permanent role sooner).  This role will be located onsite/ in the office in Boulder, CO (no remote options as this will require the ability to provide onsite/desktop support).  This role will be responsible for:  Respond to customer requests for assistance with computer software/hardware.Setting up accounts in Active Directory Manage tickets by priority to provide user resolutionProvide troubleshooting for software, installation of software.Troubleshoot networking issues – LAN and WirelessOperate company owned vehicles as required.Troubleshoot network and voice-related issues, repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.Receiving equipment and conducting inventory.Trouble-shoot and repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule (this is a Monday-Friday role)QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent plus 6 years or more related experience or a related 2-year technical degree and 4 years or more related experience.Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Bachelor’s or Master’s, may substitute for two years of related experience. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.Good customer service skills.Good communication skills.Must have a drivers license Intermediate knowledge of PC software and networking: classes and/or experience.Intermediate understanding of Desktop/Laptop PC Hardware and components.Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems.Advanced understanding of Windows Office 365 Pro Plus suite.Ability to support Apple iPhones.Experience with Service Now or other trouble ticketing tools.Ability to prioritize, organize and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects.Ability to perform job functions with little direct supervision.Additional InformationThis contract-to-hire role will be onsite/in the office during normal business hours Monday-Friday (no remote options) in Broomfield, CO.  This role will pay between $24 per hour to $32 per hour.
