    We are currently seeking a full-time IT Help Desk Technician.

    Job Description

    The IT Help Desk Technician reports to the IT Director and System Administrator to provide first-level support for common IT issues.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist company users with day-to-day IT issues
    • Log and respond to service tickets
    • Mobile device provision, management, and problem resolution
    • Deployment and hardware repair of laptops and workstations
    • Help coordinate new technology roll-outs
    • Business application installation
    • Printer and copier consumable replacements and basic repairs
    • Manage tickets with printer management company for more serious issues

    Qualifications:

    • US Citizenship or work authorization required
    • High School degree or GED required
    • Associate or bachelor degree a plus
    • Certifications (e.g., A , CCT) preferred
    • Troubleshooting abilities
    • Relevant business or personal computer knowledge
    • Working understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Understanding of configuring IOS and Android mobile devices
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
