Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
Duties:
- Provide support to end-users for hardware and software-related issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including VPN setups.
- Respond to IT support tickets promptly and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Utilize Help Desk ticketing system to track and document support requests.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand and address their IT concerns.
- Collaborate with the team to improve IT processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support roles with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Comfortable answering phone calls
- Excellent communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
