Job description

• Offer 1st line person and telephone support to internal users with IT software or hardware questions
• Resolve standard IT problems on the telephone quickly in accordance with internal procedures.
• If necessary, escalate issues to next-line support.
• Report reoccurring problems to the Network Manager of IT to better optimize our processes.
• Maintain professional knowledge and technical skills and demonstrate a huger for learning
• Willing to travel

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with computers and IT applications
• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Experience in an IT Help Desk .
• Solid team player who can work independently and as part of a small team
• Effective verbal and written communicator.
• Windows and Max based experience
• iPhone and Android familia r

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
