In this role you will be responsible for managing the recruitment life cycle, supporting the managers at all levels of people strategy, building, and maintaining relationships with colleges and other organizations, and manage all aspects of employee records.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· BS/BA in human resources, international relations or other business-related field or an equivalent amount of experience and training, OR
· At least 5 years of human resource experience.
· Construction industry-specific experience strongly preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
