    The HR Coordinator supports the day to day administrative functions of the HR department including facilitating the recruiting and onboarding process from start to finish.

    Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:

    • Organizes the recruitment and interview process. Tracks states of candidates in HRIS and responds with follow up letters at the end of the recruiting process.
    • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by all departments.
    • Screen applications and resumes, and conduct screening interviews. Initiate job offers verbally and in writing, conduct background and reference checks, initiate pre-employment screenings, and schedule start dates with successful candidates.
    • Conduct new employee orientation; administer the processing of initial employment documentation, establishment of personnel and medical files, and documentation of required information in payroll and human resources information systems.
    • Prepares new employee files and related information packets.
    • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
    • Submits the online investigations requests and assists with new employee background checks and drug screening.
    • Maintenance of HRIS of existing employees.
    • Establish relationships with new and existing temp agencies to fill immediate positions.
    • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintain books current.
    • Updates HR systems with employee change request and processes paperwork.
    • Coordinates various research projects and/or special projects.
    • Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
    • Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Base Salary Range: $17.95/hr - $26.61/hr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position. Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
