HR Data Analyst supports the design, deployment, and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Analyst implements scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Performs employee data management and analysis processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations. Additionally, HR Data Analyst prepares and delivers required reporting and filings. May be responsible for the coordination of HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     The Population Health Data Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis of data for all elements of the community health center services. The Data Analyst will work with leadership to plan, measure, and analyze the impact of short- and long-term interventions aimed at increasing access, improving outcomes, and promoting health equity for the health center's patients to ensure the organization provides the highest quality of care.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage the collection, analysis, and reporting of data in support of all health center services and activities.
    • Assist with the integration between clinical areas and OSIS/IT regarding the development and translation of business needs, using the appropriate reporting tools and methodologies.
    • Provide support to QI Director in planning and executing Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles and provide actionable summary reports of patient and staff data for program staff for each PDSA cycle.
    • Evaluate patient engagement strategies with the aim of producing a model of successful patient engagement strategies for scaling up and replication.
    • Assist in the drafting, editing, and preparing of grant documents and presentations.
    • Analyze QI data from various sources and use it to develop innovative approaches to improve quality.

    Experience / Skill Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in a related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
    • Advanced data analytic skills using statistical software for a minimum of two years.
    • Quality improvement experience with a focus on data and measurement.
    • 2-3 years previous healthcare QI or data analytics experience preferred.
    • Previous FQHC/Community Health Center experience preferred.
    • Experience with Tableau preferred.
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel required.
    • Knowledge of electronic health record systems preferred.
    • Six Sigma experience a plus.
