The qualified person has at least 1 year of HRIS related work experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer sciences, IT, Human Resources is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.The HRIS Reporting Analyst is responsible for:
- Processing new hires, transfers, promotions and other status changes into the HRIS.
- Review new hire paperwork from the stores for accuracy.
- Accurately set-up employee taxes.
- Create or modify reports in HRIS as necessary for business needs.
- Correct payroll and status change errors in HRIS as necessary.
- Utilize communication, analytical and technical skills effectively, working with HR functions, HRIS, Payroll and third parties to research, analyze and resolve system procedural issues to ensure proper completion of requests for information and/or support tickets.
- Process payroll reports, EEO-1 reporting, insurance audit requests and census data.
- Working collaboratively with other departments.
The qualified person has:- About 1 year of office based experience dealing with confidential and sensitive data.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Human Resources or other related fields..
