Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Reynolds Construction Company and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR sourcing activities to attract qualified candidates
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in employee evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role
