BerryDunn is seeking a Certified Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Sales and Marketing team. This position is responsible for ensuring that BerryDunn’s customer relationship management system and services support the firm’s business needs, strategy, and goals. Our ideal candidate is thoughtful, organized, and detailed; has excellent data architecture, governance, and analysis skills; and is comfortable managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
Under the guidance of the Salesforce Team Manager, you will collaborate with our current Salesforce Administrator and Project Coordinator to achieve the goals of our team and organization. We closely collaborate with our Business Development and Marketing teams. Some of our 2024 initiatives include data hygiene projects, specialized reporting with PowerBI or Tableau, integration with the Firm’s ERP system (NetSuite/Oracle), lead management (integration with HubSpot), and the enhancement of our end-user experience through streamlining processes. Travel Expectation:
Although there are no specific travel requirements for this role, it is possible that future travel could involve visits to BerryDunn office locations and events, and to the firm’s headquarters in Portland, Maine.
Primary responsibilities may include developing custom features and functionality, designing complex reports and dashboards, optimizing the user interface, developing automations, developing forms, promoting user adoption, training users, and managing data.

The base salary range targeted for this role is $60,000 - $85,000. This salary range represents BerryDunn’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications in excess of the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
