We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative. The candidate will bring to this position his or her professional sales experience to maintain and grow assigned customers. There will be a strong focus on attracting, developing, and closing new customers. It would be an asset to have an established network of relationships in industrial and specialty flexible packaging markets, as well as previous experience in this industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain a customer database.
· Prospecting and calling new potential customers and identifying key decision makers.
· Retain and forge relationships with existing customers assigned.
· Increase sales with new and existing customers.
· Develop new customer base.
· Develop and use internal and external resources at your disposal to close new opportunities.
· Support the Customer Service Department.
· Support the sales team in punctual needs.
· Participate in industry events as required.
Qualifications
· Post-secondary diploma, college, or university diploma (ideally in business, commerce, or science).
· Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry (strong asset).
· Basic technical understanding of extrusion and converting processes (asset).
· Customer service oriented.
· Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling.
· Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to work in a CRM sales pipeline environment.
· High degree of organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Motivated and ability to work independently and show initiative.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Position: Full-Time, Salary Commission
