This position of Academic Mathematics Interventionist works alongside the building leadership team to facilitate mathematics assessments and develop mathematics intervention plans for students. The Mathematics Interventionist will confer with staff, administrators, parents and others. The interventionist provides continuous progress monitoring (data analysis) related to mathematics intervention plans and other evidence based practices for students. The interventionist demonstrates positive interpersonal skills, cooperative teamwork, multi-agency coordination, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The interventionist delivers targeted mathematics intervention services to students struggling to meet grade-level proficiency.
