We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position located in
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or orders
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
