Directs the development and implementation of processes, procedures and systems to meet the entities' compliance activities and reporting requirements. Being an International Compliance Manager oversees the organization's compliance risk management program to assess, prioritize and manage legal and regulatory compliance risks based on the standards of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines as related to the international operating units. Consults with and provides guidance and direction to the international operating company's senior executive in all aspects of the entity's ethics, business conduct and compliance program. Overview:
Review pipeline safety compliance and corrosion control records and procedures as part of the Task-Equipment Matrix (TEMS) process for the pipeline integrity department. The TEMS process is designed to determine all facilities along the pipeline and facilities and then verify that the appropriate tasks, tests, surveys and inspections are in place and being performed as required by federal pipeline safety regulations. Review records in preparation for Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) audits and inspections.
The process requires use of company systems and data bases including the corrosion control database, the maintenance control system, meter and regulator relief sizing, pipe excavation and inspection data bases, P8 electronic records system, engineering records, pipeline map server, etc. Communication with field operations and headquarters staff will be required. Other research and analytical duties as assigned by pipeline safety.
