The pay range for this position is between $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
A successful candidate would have a minimum of five years HR experience in California, with a minimum of two years in a dedicated HR management role. Although not required, experience in automotive is a huge plus!

There is some travel associated with this position, as we all go to various dealerships. Accordingly, a valid and unrestricted drivers license is required.
The successful candidate must have a positive can-do approach and able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume company. Knowledge of various software programs is critical. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required. We currently use Paylocity as our HRIS, so knowledge of Paylocity is helpful, but not required.
Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is a plus.
