We are seeking an experienced technical leader to lead our Integration Services Application Support team at Arvest. This team plays a key role in supporting the API, event driven, data governance, and data quality infrastructure. This role is instrumental in supporting the integrations that drive our banking services. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and have familiarity with supporting the following application platforms: Confluent Kafka, Mulesoft Cloudhub, Collibra Data Quality, IBM App Connect Enterprise. In addition you should be familiar with and able to lead your team using the following skills or technologies to provide that support: Google Cloud Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, Terraform, GitLab, Splunk, CI/CD. Job Title: IT Manager
An IT Manager at Arvest provides leadership and manages team(s) responsible for developing and implementing protocols that impact the daily operational activities of the specified area of IT. They are accountable for the management of multiple sections of work, multiple teams or a major section of work within IT. The IT Manager identifies, evaluates and resolves business issues. They work to resolve high-level, abstract problems across areas within specified area of expertise and possess extensive technical breadth.

What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Manage a single team of technical contributors, responsible for the effective coordination and execution of the work of the team, focusing on annual objectives.
• Provide the technical oversight and leadership necessary to accomplish work with necessary understanding and alignment with peer unit leaders.
• May lead a team of Application Support Analysts (ASA).
• Provide guidance on complex application support issues, establish and implement software patching schedule, server upgrades, software configuration, and vendor software installation.
• Provide input to financial and people resource plans. Ensure resources are in place and operating effectively within the technical discipline.
• Design and develop work plans and priorities based on objectives.
• Responsible for all performance related activities, including performance reviews. Provide input to compensation decisions.
• Identify areas of risk and create and update remediation strategies, disaster recovery, and business continuity or escalate as necessary.
• Directly supervise at least 2 associates by proactively supporting others in their path forward, providing feedback, and through empowerment.
• Ensure delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of operational activities. Review and approve any request prioritizations.
• Understand short and long-term goals and objectives and recommend technical solutions and services.
• Stay abreast of industry leading best practices and bring them to the attention of the leadership team for innovative application. Develop and leverage partnerships (and relationships) with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
