IT Service Desk Supervisor jobs in New Hampshire

Service Credit Union is seeking an IT Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in the success of the credit union’s IT initiatives, while also supporting the Finance and Accounting teams. The IT Business Analyst is responsible for leading various initiatives, including strategic alignment, technical oversight, quality assurance, and communication with key stakeholders across the organization.

Pay: Annual salary starting at $72,000. Flexible based on experience.

Hours: Full time, Monday Friday, 8:30 - 5:00

Work location: Position is on-site in Portsmouth, NH and not eligible for remote schedule.

The Day to Day:

• Collaborate with IT architects/IT Leadership and other Business Analysts to ensure system designs meet business needs.
• Establish and document standard operating procedures and processes for system development and maintenance for new IT, Finance and Accounting initiatives.
• Utilize robotic process automation (RPA) tools to find efficiencies in repetitive work.
• Train new employees on systems relevant to IT, Finance and Accounting.
• Identify critical system components, features, and functionalities for testing.
• Ensure that all aspects of the system are thoroughly tested before deployment.
• Develop and implement a testing strategy that includes various testing phases (e.g., unit, integration, UAT, performance).
• Act as a liaison between the IT team and end-users.
• Support IT, Finance and Accounting leadership on the development of a strategic roadmap that aligns with business goals.
• Support the prioritization of IT, Finance and Accounting initiatives based on business needs and technical feasibility.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, relevant professional qualification or acceptable industry experience require.
• Proven record of delivering results across diverse and complex projects
• Extensive technical skills.
• Personable, collaborative.
• Evidence showing how the candidate utilizes both soft and hard skills to drive projects to a successful completion.
