IT Vendor Relationship Director designs and implements the organization's strategic technology vendor management program to meet company needs and comply with required quality standards. Selects providers and oversees procurement of IT products and services to monitor and maintain operational costs and budgets. Being an IT Vendor Relationship Director administers the request for proposals process to vet the reputation and quality of vendor products. Negotiates service level agreements to ensure performance/quality metrics, responsibilities, expectations, and penalties are clearly defined. Additionally, IT Vendor Relationship Director works closely with managers and teams to monitor, maintain, and improve existing vendor relationships. Conducts regular business reviews to ensure compliance with company expectations, review issues, and develop solutions. May require experience with software licensing and hardware procurement. Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Typically reports to top management. The IT Vendor Relationship Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an IT Vendor Relationship Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Job Objective:

    The Executive Director will be key in communicating and carrying out the day-to-day task of the company. The ED will be instrumental in executing the company's Chief Executive Officer’s task. The ED is also instrumental in multitasking assigned projects of the CEO. Prior experience working in the area are, preferred. Excellent human relation skills, and experience in working in a culturally diverse community setting. An ED should be sensitivity to cultural differences. This is where Executive Directors rely on their communication skills. They are responsible for being the organization’s point of contact for potential program conflicts. Executive Director must be well-versed in speaking about the program’s benefits. The Executive Director shall have full responsibility for the operation and management of the community and for all marketing and business functions of the community in accordance with the policies of the management company, the Owners, and Federal/State/Local laws and regulations.

    Job Status:

    Employee: Executive Director tasks 40 hours per week.

    Location: From Office/Home or In Community if needed

    Job Duties:

    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
    • Secures information by completing database backups.
    • Collaborate with the office admin and produce client consent within the required time frame.
    • Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
    • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Oversee all hiring practices to ensure that the facility is in compliance with local, state and federal laws
    • Maintain or exceed budgeted occupancy
    • Oversee the development and implementation of the marketing plan
    • Approve all hires and terminations
    • Ensure that staff is hired within budgetary guidelines
    • Oversee an effective orientation and in-service training program in compliance with company guidelines
    • Oversee an effective employee recognition program in compliance with company guidelines
    • Seek out and utilize community resources and support services
    • Demonstrate good customer service
    • Oversee a weekend manager-on-duty program
    • Comply with all local/state/federal regulations and stay aware of relevant changes and updates
    • Plan for and prepare all plans of correction
    • Maintain good relations with Local/State regulatory agencies
    • Participate in industry organizations to stay abreast of local/state/federal issues/trends

    • Time management skills and able to Multitask
    • Experience in working in a culturally diverse community setting.
    • Sensitivity to cultural differences.
    • Strong Communication Skills Self Motivated
    • Good Decision Making and Organization Skills
    • Must pass Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
    • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and insurance.
    • Weekend and evening workdays may be required with prior notification.
    • Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field with a minimum of 5 years' managerial experience working in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting;
    • Demonstrated success managing all aspects of community operations
    • Ability to build relationships with community groups that will help grow census
    • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
    • Ability to lead a management team and promote staff development
    • Demonstrated record of financial management proficiency
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Thorough knowledge of state/federal regulations
    • To ensure timely response to emergencies on weekends or after hours, Executive Director must live within a thirty (30) mile radius of office

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $41,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
