Working as a Junior Graphic Designer, you can expect the following:

• Collaborates with account managers/sales executives, other designers, and internal departments to plan and execute design projects to the satisfaction of the client within stated SLAs.
• Maintains brand standards for clients using correct colors, logos, and elements provided. 
• Ability to pre-flight files for print including; verifying image resolution, color builds, file size, bleeds and fonts.
• Responsible for completing customization requests for national clientele within 24 hours.
• Assists in design and execution of internal marketing jobs, under the supervision of Creative Manager and Director of Marketing.
• Creates digital ads and social media graphics for internal and client campaigns.
• Assists Creative Manager in providing design time cost estimates, reviewing scope of incoming work.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator, Adobe After Effects experience a plus
• Experience in production layout, grand format, vehicle wraps and pre-flighting files
• Excellent attention to detail and brand guideline adherence
• Creativity to bring innovative designs and techniques to the team

Experience Level:

• 1-2 years in agency or print design environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field preferred
