Hiring Lean Facilitator for supporting and leading the manufacturing facilities and project teams on continuous improvement activities using lean concepts and tools.
Responsibilities:- Lead and facilitate lean Kaizen events.
- Coordinate and provide lean training programs.
- Ensure audit processes are in place to sustain 5S and visual factory performance.
- Liaise with the other company Lean Facilitators to ensure standardization of lean initiative and practices is attained and best practices are implanted in all locations.
- Maintain knowledge of lean processes and tools, including 5S, Visual Factory, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Value Graphs, Standardized Work, Cycle Time Reduction and Set-up Time Reduction.
Required Experience:- College diploma or University degree in Engineering or Business-related field would be an asset.
- Minimum of three years previous experience in a Lean or Six Sigma manufacturing environment
- Lean greenbelt certification or equivalent training and experience would be an asset.
- Proficient use of the Microsoft suite of products with an emphasis on Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
- Highly developed problem solving and facilitation skills.
