What Is My Role?

Coordinate licensing revisions for art department, support Design/Merchandising department by prepping art/ designs to be submitted to licensing partners. Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Account Management, Art, and Licensing to expedite the process of approvals.

What You'll Do

• Route all licensed graphics through Unity as directed by Art, Design, Merchandising, and Account Managers.
• Work closely with the teams noted above to expedite the process and create maximum efficiency through each step.
• Work closely with Creative and Account Management teams on communicating any and all revisions to graphic submissions and follow up with routing the revised graphic/s in a timely manner.
• Create line sheets for all licensors requesting this form of documentation.
• Ensure all branding elements are accurate on cads as directed by Licensing.
• Keep WIP report of art revisions and priority of revisions.
• Highly organized individual, self-motivated, team player.
• Organize and maintain the process by which all submissions are routed through Unity. This may include providing supporting materials, or other documentation in order to help expedite approvals or adhere to licensor demands.
• Provide CAD support for the design team when needed.
• Create simple revisions to licensed artwork.

What You'll Need

• 2 or 4 year college degree in Fashing Design, Merchandising, Textiles, Fine Art or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
