Principal Duties- Provide office support to Educational Specialists and other staff.
- Maintain calendars, plan, and assist with meetings, events, conferences, etc.
- Receive calls and visitors, relay messages, provide information.
- Prepare and/or process documents.
- Write or draft correspondence, reports, documents and/or other written materials.
- Perform general accounting duties.
- Maintain files and databases.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate for this position has:- Exceptional organizational and office skills.
- Superior customer service skills are a must.
- An energetic personality.
- Experience planning meetings, conferences, or large events.
- The ability and willingness to adapt to new technologies and takes initiative.
- The ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders.
