Brumley Law Firm stands as a beacon of legal excellence and empathetic representation. Situated in Kent, WA, and expanding with three satellite offices, our journey began with a vision to extend a helping hand to the underserved, evolving into a recognized authority in personal injury law. At the heart of our firm lies a commitment to blend legal prowess with a deep-rooted sense of fairness and community support. Guided by the leadership of Josh, our team is driven by a collective mission to transcend the role of mere attorneys, instead positioning ourselves as staunch advocates for those whose voices may otherwise go unheard.

As our law firm continues to expand, we understand the importance of staying ahead of the curve, particularly with the growing number of legal cases we handle. To tackle this challenge head-on, we're excited to adopt a proactive approach to talent acquisition. We're enthusiastic about exploring innovative strategies, and one such initiative involves welcoming third-year law students to join us as litigation paralegals. This gives us the opportunity to assess their dedication and performance within our firm as they prepare for (or excitedly await the results of) the bar exam. By extending the chance for them to transition into attorney roles once licensed, we're not only fulfilling our current staffing needs but also laying the groundwork for our future development. We're dedicated to providing unwavering support to these individuals throughout their bar exam preparations, ensuring a seamless transition into attorney positions upon licensure. This approach not only enables us to effectively manage our workload but also creates a pathway for nurturing talented attorneys who share our firm's values and ethos.
