We are looking for someone who is commited to help usher those who have been bitten or injured by dogs or other animals through the process of pre-litigation and help prepare the client and the case file in the event litigation may be necessary.
A Pre-Litigation Case Manager with Dog Bite Law Group will be responsible for client communication, adjuster communication, medical treatment and injury chronologies, and demand writing once an insurance company has been identified by the investigations team.
Skills and abilities we see in sucessful case maamgers include being creative, flexible, and detail oriented are essential as no two cases are the same. We expect regular communcations with clients so having time-management and explicit note taking and organization skills are vital.
