Position Overview:
As an Experienced Litigation Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our legal team, supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the smooth progression of cases through the legal system.

Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing a diverse caseload, including document review, organization, and preparation of legal documents.
• Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
• Drafting Documents: Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Trial Preparation: Coordinate and assist in trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
• Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and addressing inquiries.
• Court Filings: File legal documents with state and federal courts, adhering to deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Billing and Timekeeping: Record billable hours accurately and assist in the preparation of client invoices.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with attorneys, other paralegals, and legal support staff to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Technology Skills: Proficiency in legal research databases, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Initiative: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and contribute proactively to case progression.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
