Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager will interact with the company's Clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Will manage the Customer Service representatives and oversee client issues as they arise.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manages the staff to make sure that the CSR's are doing the following things

• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services
• Fields Client questions and concerns
• Follows up with Clients to keep them informed of orders and statuses of orders or any necessary work
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve Clients' problems and concerns
• Maintains Client accounts and records of Client interactions with details of inquiries, concerns, or comments
• Reviews new customer contracts and orders for accuracy prior to signing and processing
• Performs other related dues as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

• Service-oriented and able to resolve Client grievances.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

• Background in Manufacturing CSR
• Ability to provide clear direction and leadership

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent 5 years in a related industry
• Bachelors degree in a related field to Manufacturing, Aerospace, or engineering
• Client service experience required.
• At least 3 years as a Customer Service Manager in a Manufacturing Setting
