    A single Project Manager reports directly to the V.P. of Construction Operations, whereas multiple Project Managers on-site reports to the Sr. Project Manager or V.P. of Construction Operations. All Project Managers share equal responsibility with the on-site Superintendents for project success. They supervise Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Project Assistants, Project Coordinators, and Interns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
    • 5–10 years of construction field experience with three-plus years as an Assistant and Project Manager
    • The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, and Word, as well as a capable working knowledge and use of ProCore.
    • Valid CA Driver’s License
    • OSHA-30 Certification

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, equipment, design, and self-performed work.
    • Understanding business and management principles such as planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations.
    • Ability to use Procore to prepare, distribute, and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders for owners and subcontractors.
    • Ability to understand and interpret schematics, blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
    • Ability to independently identify and resolve complex construction issues to mitigate risk and protect company interests.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $59,459.77 - $71,607.46 per year
