As a Marketing Analyst, you will have the chance to work with our Global Marketing Ecommerce team that gets our life-changing products in the hands of people worldwide. This role will give you the opportunity to report online store KPIs and communicate it to each business unit. In this role you will be utilizing tools like Google Analytics and BigCommerce.

What Winning Looks Like
- Develop and maintain custom reports to support various business units across the organization to understand their reporting needs and ensure data accuracy
- Utilize Google Analytics and Big Commerce to track and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and other key metrics.
- Identify trends and anomalies in the data, providing actionable insights to the leadership team, and perform daily monitoring of key business metrics, ensuring data accuracy and identifying any issues or discrepancies.
- Generate and present weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance and trends, conduct in-depth analysis of business trends and performance metrics
Skills Needed To Win
- 2 years of experience as an Analyst
- 1 years of Google Analytics
- Strong knowledge of Excel (you know more than basic formulas)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner
- Current/Previous experience with Marketing or Ecommerce (BigCommerce) analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Google Analytics (GA4) is a plus
$47,000-$65,000/year* profit sharing benefits
- Range depends on level of skill and overall experience
